Great pool to chill by 😎, super convenient spot near the ferry dock for trips to other towns around the lake. Close to the medical center, making it easy to catch boats to various spots on the lake.

Enjoyed having a safe in the suite, along with a TV that had many channels. Appreciated the coffee and tea setup to start the day. the breakfast was awesome, offering tasty chicken and local Guatemalan dishes. the staff here were pretty friendly and easy to chat with. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay 😊.

The location was gorgeous, near Casa Cakchiquel Arts Center. There were main shopping street and a shopping area around the hotel. - We stayed in a standard twin room complete with comfortable beds and a balcony.

Got neat room with magnificent views over the lake and surrounding volcanoes and a safe, multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making equipment. Good and stunning location, 5 minutes' walk to Museo Lacustre Atitlan.

Staying here for rest was really really nice, totally recommendable. Came in Panajachel to relax and have fun, this secured hotel was a nice place for doing it. - We thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was tidy and functional with a good view.

The views of the San Pedro Volcano and the lake from the room balcony were exceptional. The well-maintained grounds added to the charm. The spacious room and efficient room service were perfect for families.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. The hotel had a stunning view of the volcano and the pool was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria Zet in the restaurant and Miguel in the bar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided modern amenities like air conditioning and hot water. Additionally, the hotel had informative directories and English channels on the television. Despite a few minor issues with arrival transfers and the food quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I had a great experience at Porta Hotel Del Lago in Panajachel.

We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel! The room had a beautiful view of Lake Atitlan and the sunset, and the staff treated us exceptionally well. They even called me when I accidentally left my wallet in the room, ensuring it was returned safely.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.
